How Zoom Calls Work
Consultations are conducted via Zoom and follow the same process as an in-clinic appointment.
Joanne will organise any required testing and arrange for test kits to be posted to your home. We also use online dispensaries so supplements can be shipped to you directly.
Aside from taking place virtually, the consultation process remains the same as an in-clinic visit.
Initial Consultation
The duration of an initial consultation is 1 hour. This consultation addresses your current health concerns, case history and relevant blood tests. We will develop and clearly explain a treatment plan to you. The treatment plan will include diet and lifestyle advice, supplements and herbal medicine that you will benefit from. We will also discuss any additional testing that may be required at the initial consultation.
Once you make your booking, we will email you an electronic patient questionnaire to complete online.
Follow-up Consultation
You can expect a 30-minute follow up consultation with Joanne and a 30 to 45-minute follow consultation with Melanie and Megan. We designed these consultations to assess your progress, refine your treatment plan, offer advice and support, and address any further issues you may have.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us via email at info@joannekennedy.com.au at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your consultation. Where you provide us with less than 48 hours’ notice, this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total fees owed. No shows will be charged 100% of the total fees owed.
